About Menomonie Rentals

I'm Jeff Burgfechtel. I own Menomonie Rentals which includes 20 three bedroom, 3 four bedroom, and 2 five bedroom student apartments. I also am a Partner at, and the founder of, the Law Offices of Burgfechtel & Parent. My legal assistant, Gwen Ludwigson, doubles as my apartment manager and assists me with apartment showings and bookkeeping. We are available for showings 7 days per week.
