How to Rent an Apartment from Menomonie Rentals

The first thing you need to do once you find an apartment or home you like is to schedule your property tour. Make sure everyone who wants to rent is there. There is a $200/pp Security Deposit. If you like the property (and who wouldn't), we collect the applications and Security Deposits from all the renters. Then we sign all the lease papers in my office. Done. Now you have an awesome place to live.

Remember this Important Information...

All leases start on June 1 unless noted.

Prices are based on rent being paid when due.

All utilities are included in the rent per person price. Utilties include: electricity, heat, water/sewer, garbage, cable TV, wireless internet, snow removal and lawn care.

"Per Person" prices based on group lease with one person per bedroom.

All prices are for 12 month leases.
